Looking for a BizimHesap alternative

Bella Pre-Accounting is a single-tenant alternative that runs on your own server instead of a shared cloud service. The database becomes yours, adding users does not raise the cost, an approved invoice cannot be changed, and the ledger can be proven unchanged with a hash chain, a verification endpoint and a period certificate. In exchange the install and the server become your responsibility, and e-invoice submission, a mobile app, OCR and marketplace integration do not exist today.

Decision point Bella Pre-Accounting Ask BizimHesap
Who holds the databaseYou — a single-tenant install with a database of your ownDoes my data sit in the same database as other customers?
Does adding a user raise the costNo — there is no per-seat chargeIs there a per-user fee, and how many users does the plan include?
Can an approved invoice change afterwardsNo — the server rejects it; corrections go through a cancellation with a mandatory reasonCan an approved document be edited later, and does it leave a trace?
Can you prove the ledger has not changedYes — hash chain, a chain verification endpoint and a period certificate PDFIs there an integrity output I can hand to an auditor?
What happens when a payment does not matchYou get the reason, the closest candidate with its score, and one-click correctionsDo you explain why a movement did not match?
How granular are permissionsPer action — “approve invoice” is its own permissionAre permissions per screen or per action?
Automatic e-invoice submissionNot today — the provider architecture exists but is not wired to a real integratorDoes it work out of the box, and how are document credits charged?
Native mobile appNone — a responsive web interfaceIs there a store-installed app, and what can it do?
OCR from a photo of a receiptNone — expenses are entered by handIs there OCR, and which document types does it handle?
Built-in e-commerce / marketplace integrationNoneWhich marketplaces and platforms are supported out of the box?
Several companies / branches / warehouses in one installNo — each company is a separate installHow many taxpayers and warehouses fit in one subscription?
Getting your data backCSV from every list; the database is yours alreadyIf the contract ends, in what format and how quickly do I get my data?

The third column makes no claim about BizimHesap: a competitor’s plans and capabilities change over time, and a sentence we write about them goes stale. We wrote the question to verify at their own source instead. Every row in the second column is verified against the code in this repository.

What a free or cheap start actually costs

The appeal of a small plan is the entry price; the cost usually arrives later. Fees that grow with each user, per-document credits and the plan upgrade triggered by a record limit can push a three-year total well above the sticker. The honest comparison is not a monthly figure but a three-year total computed with your own user and document counts.

Data portability is an exit plan

The question to ask when entering a system is what happens when you leave it. Bella exports every list to CSV, and if the install is yours the database is already in your hands, so ending the relationship does not cost you the data. Ask every product you evaluate the same thing: if the contract ends, in what format and how quickly do I get my data back?

The “why did it not match” question in payment matching

Most products that match payments automatically show you the matches; the time is lost on what did not match. In Bella every unmatched bank or cash movement gets a classified reason — amount difference, no document number found, ambiguous customer, locked period — alongside the closest candidate invoice, its score and the signals behind that score. On top of that it proposes one-click corrections such as a partial allocation or assigning a customer.

What is different here

  • Runs on your own server: a single-tenant install with a database that belongs to you — not a row-filtered slice of a pool shared with other companies
  • Adding users does not change the cost; there is no per-seat charge in the product, only what the hardware supports
  • An approved invoice cannot be edited: the server rejects update requests on approved documents
  • Approval and cancellation are separate endpoints behind separate permissions; a cancellation reason is mandatory and an empty one is rejected
  • Document numbers are unique at the database level — the same number cannot be written twice
  • A provable audit chain: every approved invoice carries the SHA-256 digest of the previous approved document
  • A verification endpoint walks the chain end to end and reports damage document by document, not as a single pass/fail
  • A locked period produces an Audit Certificate PDF: the chain root for that period, the document count and the totals
  • Explainable payment matching: for every unmatched bank or cash movement you get the reason it did not match, the closest candidate with its score, and one-click corrections
  • Permissions are per action, not per screen — “approve invoice” is a separate permission from editing
  • Field-level audit trail: every change is recorded as who–what–when, with the old and new value of the field

When BizimHesap is the better fit

This page is not here to talk you out of BizimHesap. If any of the following is non-negotiable for you, Bella Pre-Accounting is not the right choice today — these are real gaps, not marketing politeness.

If automatic e-invoice submission to the tax authority is required today

The product has an e-document provider architecture, but it is NOT wired to a real integrator: there is a fake provider used in development and an integrator skeleton, and submission does not work. If sending an invoice to the authority from the panel is a must-have today, pick a product that already does it.

If a native mobile app is required

The interface is a responsive web application used from the phone browser. There is no separate app installed from the App Store or Google Play. If you need to hand your field team a store-distributed app, this is a gap.

If OCR from a photo of a receipt is required

There is no OCR flow that reads the amount and date from a photographed receipt; expenses are entered by hand. At hundreds of receipts a month that is a real difference in time.

If out-of-the-box e-commerce or marketplace integration is required

There are no built-in connections to marketplaces or e-commerce platforms and no integration that pulls orders in automatically. If a large share of your sales comes from marketplaces, look for a product that ships with it.

If one install has to cover several companies, branches or warehouses

The product is designed as a single-tenant install: each company runs in its own installation with its own database. Managing several taxpayers from one panel, splitting by branch, and multi-warehouse or bin tracking do not exist today. If you serve many taxpayers, this design creates extra work for you.

If you do not want to deal with a server at all

The install can go on your own server, and we can take on hosting instead. But if you want neither — if you want to sign up and start today — a ready subscription service will have less friction for you.

Price, plans and document credits

The sticker price is only part of the total: per-seat pricing, per-document credits and the plan upgrade that arrives when you pass a record limit all move the number. The table below puts those line items side by side.

The price table is not published yet

The engine for this section is ready; only the numbers are missing. Publishing BizimHesap pricing on our site is a concrete claim whose accuracy we take on, and prices change often. So a figure only goes in together with a verifiable link to the published list price; until then we show no estimate and no rounded guess here. Our own price is blank too: the commercial decision has not been announced.

Frequently asked questions

Is the installation hard?

The install comes up with a single Docker Compose command, and the backup and restore steps are documented. It is still more work than signing up for a hosted subscription — if you do not want to deal with a server you can leave hosting to us, or stay on a subscription service.

Is there a free tier?

Pricing is not published on this site yet; we do not write a figure before the commercial decision is announced. Send us your usage scenario and we will cost it out with your own numbers.

Can I send an invoice as an e-archive document?

No. The product has an e-document provider architecture but it is not wired to a real integrator, so submission does not work today. Invoices are created, calculated, approved and printed as PDFs inside the product.

How many companies fit in one install?

One. The product is designed as a single-tenant install; each company runs in its own installation and its own database. Managing several taxpayers from one panel creates extra work with this design.
