Looking for a Logo İşbaşı alternative
Bella Pre-Accounting is single-tenant pre-accounting software that runs on your own server instead of a cloud subscription: the database belongs to you, adding users does not raise the cost, and an approved document cannot be changed — and can be proven unchanged through a hash chain. In exchange, automatic e-invoice submission, a native mobile app, OCR, marketplace integration and multiple companies in one install do not exist today.

Side by side
| Decision point | Bella Pre-Accounting | Ask Logo İşbaşı |
|---|---|---|
| Who holds the database | You — a single-tenant install with a database of your own | Does my data sit in the same database as other customers? |
| Does adding a user raise the cost | No — there is no per-seat charge | Is there a per-user fee, and how many users does the plan include? |
| Can an approved invoice change afterwards | No — the server rejects it; corrections go through a cancellation with a mandatory reason | Can an approved document be edited later, and does it leave a trace? |
| Can you prove the ledger has not changed | Yes — hash chain, a chain verification endpoint and a period certificate PDF | Is there an integrity output I can hand to an auditor? |
| What happens when a payment does not match | You get the reason, the closest candidate with its score, and one-click corrections | Do you explain why a movement did not match? |
| How granular are permissions | Per action — “approve invoice” is its own permission | Are permissions per screen or per action? |
| Automatic e-invoice submission | Not today — the provider architecture exists but is not wired to a real integrator | Does it work out of the box, and how are document credits charged? |
| Native mobile app | None — a responsive web interface | Is there a store-installed app, and what can it do? |
| OCR from a photo of a receipt | None — expenses are entered by hand | Is there OCR, and which document types does it handle? |
| Built-in e-commerce / marketplace integration | None | Which marketplaces and platforms are supported out of the box? |
| Several companies / branches / warehouses in one install | No — each company is a separate install | How many taxpayers and warehouses fit in one subscription? |
| Getting your data back | CSV from every list; the database is yours already | If the contract ends, in what format and how quickly do I get my data? |
The third column makes no claim about Logo İşbaşı: a competitor’s plans and capabilities change over time, and a sentence we write about them goes stale. We wrote the question to verify at their own source instead. Every row in the second column is verified against the code in this repository.
The question changes as the product family grows
Small-business products and enterprise ERPs are often sold under one roof, and growth is answered with “move up a tier”. The cost of that path is not only licence fees: user counts, added modules and data migration come with it. When you decide, do not price today’s plan — price the total that falls out of your user and document counts two years from now.
Do not confuse pre-accounting with general ledger software
Bella Pre-Accounting records day-to-day commercial activity: customer accounts, the quote–order–delivery note–invoice chain, collections, stock and expenses. Statutory ledgers, the chart of accounts, tax filings and payroll are out of scope; they stay in your accountant’s software. The product sits beside your accountant rather than replacing them, and the period export package exists to make that relationship easier.
Permission granularity becomes the real issue as a team grows
In a one-person business permissions are a detail; once three people are entering invoices they are not. In Bella permissions are per action rather than per screen: “approve invoice” is separate from editing, so letting someone enter documents does not force you to let them approve. Every change is also written to the audit trail field by field, with the old and the new value.
What is different here
- Runs on your own server: a single-tenant install with a database that belongs to you — not a row-filtered slice of a pool shared with other companies
- Adding users does not change the cost; there is no per-seat charge in the product, only what the hardware supports
- An approved invoice cannot be edited: the server rejects update requests on approved documents
- Approval and cancellation are separate endpoints behind separate permissions; a cancellation reason is mandatory and an empty one is rejected
- Document numbers are unique at the database level — the same number cannot be written twice
- A provable audit chain: every approved invoice carries the SHA-256 digest of the previous approved document
- A verification endpoint walks the chain end to end and reports damage document by document, not as a single pass/fail
- A locked period produces an Audit Certificate PDF: the chain root for that period, the document count and the totals
- Explainable payment matching: for every unmatched bank or cash movement you get the reason it did not match, the closest candidate with its score, and one-click corrections
- Permissions are per action, not per screen — “approve invoice” is a separate permission from editing
- Field-level audit trail: every change is recorded as who–what–when, with the old and new value of the field
When Logo İşbaşı is the better fit
This page is not here to talk you out of Logo İşbaşı. If any of the following is non-negotiable for you, Bella Pre-Accounting is not the right choice today — these are real gaps, not marketing politeness.
If automatic e-invoice submission to the tax authority is required today
The product has an e-document provider architecture, but it is NOT wired to a real integrator: there is a fake provider used in development and an integrator skeleton, and submission does not work. If sending an invoice to the authority from the panel is a must-have today, pick a product that already does it.
If a native mobile app is required
The interface is a responsive web application used from the phone browser. There is no separate app installed from the App Store or Google Play. If you need to hand your field team a store-distributed app, this is a gap.
If OCR from a photo of a receipt is required
There is no OCR flow that reads the amount and date from a photographed receipt; expenses are entered by hand. At hundreds of receipts a month that is a real difference in time.
If out-of-the-box e-commerce or marketplace integration is required
There are no built-in connections to marketplaces or e-commerce platforms and no integration that pulls orders in automatically. If a large share of your sales comes from marketplaces, look for a product that ships with it.
If one install has to cover several companies, branches or warehouses
The product is designed as a single-tenant install: each company runs in its own installation with its own database. Managing several taxpayers from one panel, splitting by branch, and multi-warehouse or bin tracking do not exist today. If you serve many taxpayers, this design creates extra work for you.
If you do not want to deal with a server at all
The install can go on your own server, and we can take on hosting instead. But if you want neither — if you want to sign up and start today — a ready subscription service will have less friction for you.
Price, plans and document credits
The sticker price is only part of the total: per-seat pricing, per-document credits and the plan upgrade that arrives when you pass a record limit all move the number. The table below puts those line items side by side.
The price table is not published yet
The engine for this section is ready; only the numbers are missing. Publishing Logo İşbaşı pricing on our site is a concrete claim whose accuracy we take on, and prices change often. So a figure only goes in together with a verifiable link to the published list price; until then we show no estimate and no rounded guess here. Our own price is blank too: the commercial decision has not been announced.

Frequently asked questions
My accountant uses Logo — will this fit?
Bella Pre-Accounting does not keep statutory ledgers and does not replace your accountant’s software. It packages the period data for handover and every list can be exported as CSV. The practical step is to agree with your accountant on the format they expect before setup.
What if I need a full ERP?
MRP, production planning, payroll and general ledger are out of scope. If you need one of those today, pre-accounting is the wrong category and you should be looking at ERP instead.
Is there multi-warehouse and branch tracking?
No. Stock is tracked per product, with a critical stock level and movement history, but warehouse/bin separation and branch-level splitting are not in the product today.
How many users can I define?
There is no user limit and no per-seat charge in the product; the hardware the install runs on sets the practical ceiling.
